    No pool but great waffles! Slept amazing great bed! Spinny chairs for kids or adults to love fridge was spacious! The staff the girl with the colored hair and the man with the pony tail! So nice! Welcoming! We were nervous being only ones up at midnight going out to our car constantly forgetting stuff and they were nothing but nice not rud or nosey. We went to inn at discovery next night no hot water or breakfast. I wish I wouldve saved the money and stayed here a second night. Could not figure out smart TV wish easier to log into apps other than that great visit. Oh also right in town! You can't drink or save on gas and travel time walk to the beach easy.

    Lorraine truly made our stay special. Both mornings she greeted us with the warmest smile and let us know what was being served for breakfast, making everything feel welcoming and personal. She has a genuine way of making you feel less like a guest and more like family. The front desk staff and housekeeping team were also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel was clean and well maintained, which made everything even more comfortable. We’re already looking forward to seeing Lorraine again when we visit this summer!

    Linda was amazing and very accommodating when we had to switch rooms because of the odors in the rooms. Very glad the windows could be opened for fresh air. Our only problem is that when she asked her manager, we couldn't get late checkout as an elite Best Western rewards member. What's the point of being loyal and a member if we can't get the advertised benefit? Allow elite reward members to get late checkout when requested at check in. Having to check the next day at 7am or later defeats the whole purpose of sleeping in.

    We had the King Studio with my wife and 2 dogs. Large rooms on the third floor. Close to the main restaurants in Long Beach.

    This location was a gem of a find. Right off the main road in town, but just far enough tucked away to not be disturbed by traffic. The property is very well managed and maintained. Exceptional staff that helped with every need. The complimentary breakfast was wonderful and the breakfast host was so very delightful! The 24/7 complimentary coffee/tea station was an added bonus after a brisk day on the beach (my visit was in the middle of January). The guestrooms are very well appointed and tastefully decorated. The housekeeping staff do a wonderful job and my room was clean and very comfortable. This location is fantastic and I will definitely be back! What a great Best Western!
