  Had a great stay here for about a week last November when I was moving to the area. The hotel is very clean and in good repair. I really liked the decor and liked that it's NOT ultra modern. I like the warm comfortable and homey feel, as opposed to the stark modern look in most hotels today. Please keep it this way, or if you do remodel, don't make it cold and stark! There is plenty of parking, the grounds felt safe and secure, and despite being close to the freeway, it's in a good neighborhood and the building kept the freeway noise to a minimum-- even in my freeway-side room. The breakfast was ample and well stocked, and all the staff were polite. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

  This place is always a great stay close to everything the staff is Awesome Mata checked me in and she is always on top of everything and so is the staff very friendly and kind always polite and respectful Recommend this to anyone that needs a quick stay or long

  The breakfast area was always well stocked with great food. The entire area was always very clean, and Cecilia was always greeted us with a warm friendly smile. It got.me off to a good start every day.

  As ex IHG employee i can tell this hotel have the most ridiculous policy for the standard room.First of all i was not notified that i will be charged ("hold")100$ deposit .But thats okay,i payed that 100$ with Chime card because i did not bring any other card and i payed online for my room,good that i accidentally had my car in my vehicle.They told me that my 100$ gonna be released upon check out,i checked out after 5 hours ,i had an emergency .And its already 24 hours passed and now they are telling me i am gonna receive my 100$ in 30 business days because i used chime card or any other cash apps.So please tell me how its works,i am going to work in this area and going to book at least two three nights a week.So its 200-300$ minimum in deposits every week and each of them will be returned to my card in 30 days.Means i will collect my deposits back one by one almost half year?IHG doesn't make such policies and its against of common sense.I am expecting for another two days then official letter will be addressed to head office in order to solve this issue.But so far not recommending to stay at this hotel,smells weed everywhere,rooms are dirty ,front desk not decent and lie to your face and if you don't take it they get rude.One more time,the 100$ of deposit was hiding fee (nowhere in the website upon booking they posted any info about it)and yes it is extra expense too,if i can't get my money back in more than a week i consider its gone or unvalued.

  I would like to sincerely thank Luci at the reception of Holiday Inn for her outstanding kindness and professionalism. She was incredibly warm and welcoming to my children, and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable. We arrived earlier than our scheduled check-in time after traveling a long distance, and despite that, she graciously allowed us to check in without any extra charges. Her care, understanding, and genuine hospitality truly made a difference in our stay. Thank you, Luci, for your exceptional service and for making our experience so pleasant. We truly appreciate it!
