  Very clean and well maintained property. The access off the interstate is quite easy and nearby JBLM. Breakfast bar is well stocked and a nice sampling of hot breakfast items. Cecilia, the breakfast host is very gracious and accommodating to ensure your stay is pleasant. The only complaint would be the noise from the interstate traffic, however earplugs are left in the room as well as access to a white noise machine if you need.

  I had just noticed my bank statement. I am reminded that the front desk night shift Audriahnna was so nice after working night time and not familiar with my issues when I checked in but she took my phone number,answer my call again and again during her shift after I check out and made sure Kayla had it taken care of and they were lot kinder then some staff there from my morning experience but thank you again Kayla and Audriahnna for the great follow up and solutions you offer.

  My husband has been staying here as his been on a long term job and this is his home away from home and audrianna Luna has been amazing making sure he gets everything he needs and getting room service on off days she has gone above and beyond for us always greats us by name and with a smile always checks if we are doing good or need anything we will continue to stay her the staff here have been very good to my husband and I very much recommend this holiday inn

  This is, by far, the best Holiday Inn Express that we’ve stayed at. We are frequent guests of the hotel and as others have mentioned, the seasonal/holiday decor always looks great and is the first thing you notice upon entering. The staff, is ALWAYS quick to greet you with smiles and warm welcomes. Front desk personnel from Kayla, Lucy, Kennia and Lizzie are absolutely the best! They all go above and beyond, to accommodate any needs we have ever had. The housekeeping staff are so kind and always do a better than great job and always pass by with a smile. The whole facility from parking, to waiting area, breakfast area and rooms are always clean! We love visiting this Holiday Inn Express!!

  Having spent months and months of cumulative days in dozens of hotels over the last few years due to work, I’ve very quickly become accustomed to learning which hotels genuinely care about the customer experience, and which are simply good at faking it. I’ve probably stayed at this hotel for at least 30 days total over time, so I feel confident in telling you that this is very much the former. Every single experience has been delightful, and if they’re ever have been issues, the staff has always been lightning quick to remedy them - nothing major, of course. Hotel staff have such a tendency to be so hit or miss, even at nicer hotels, but every one of them has been absolutely stellar here. While they all deserve praise, I feel it important to mention that Kayla is the one who truly inspired me to write a review, for excelling in her customer service. Nothing is better than being assisted by someone who is as genuinely kind as they are helpful, and that’s review worthy to me. They are extremely lucky to have her and the rest of the staff. Thank you guys for such a great stay, and I look forward to many more!
