  My fiance and I stayed here shortly while we visited for an interview in the area, and the hotel exceeded our expectations. The reviews are good for a reason, staff is excellent and incredibly friendly, the breakfast is delicious with a wide variety of options, 24/7 coffee (helps with those who get jet lag easy or just need an extra boost throughout the day), plus it’s right next to the interstate so it’s easy to jump on and head into Seattle or surrounding areas. The rooms were nice as well, beds were comfy, no complaints from us. It’s a nice, affordable hotel in a good area with plenty to do around you. You really can’t go wrong! If we find ourselves in Olympia again, we’ll definitely stay here again. Thank you to everyone who made our stay great!

  We just spent 3 nights at the Holiday Inn in Lacey and it was very relaxing. The hotel was easy to find as it’s right off the 5 freeway. The rooms were nice, there was a choice of a hot or cold breakfast, and the best thing was the staff. I have never stayed at a hotel where everyone from the housekeepers, kitchen staff and front desk personnel were so friendly. Everybody had a nice smile and always said hello. Made our stay very enjoyable. Keep up the good work.

  Nirvana (front desk staff) was VERY NICE and WELCOMING both during the check-in process and throughout our stay there.

  My little family stayed one night to just get away... The staff at check in were pleasant and the whole process was quick. The grounds were very clean and our room was perfect for what we needed. We did need to ask for another blanket but that was easily obtained. The only thing that we could say was the pool area needs some attention. The water line inside the pool (above water) had places where people used their fingernails to scratch initials into the dirt/scum. When we used the shower in the pool area to wash off the water went to the drain surrounding the pool and a stench came from the drain that seemed maybe it hadn't been cleaned well in awhile. All in all we did enjoy our stay!

  The staff here was incredibly welcoming and accommodating. We had a super comfy room with a huge bathroom. The daily breakfast was perfect and full of good options. They even had a pool! The hospitality here was above and beyond. They really made us feel cared for. I highly recommend these folks.
