The front desk staff were professional, welcoming, and made me feel comfortable right away. My room was exceptionally clean—the cleanest hotel room I’ve stayed in at any price—which made it easy to relax at the end of long days. The complimentary laundry room was a huge help, and the free tea was a thoughtful touch. Everything about the experience made an otherwise stressful trip noticeably better, and I genuinely looked forward to returning "home" each night.

In my area (the Pacific Northwest) candlewood is ALWAYS decently priced! it is roughly the same pricing as extended stay america/ holiday inn but is much much nicer! the room is cozy yet roomy. the kitchenette comes fully stocked with dishes, pans, toaster, etc. they stock rooms with extra paper towel rolls and extra dish soap,the little things like that matter to me! in the bathroom they use Dove products! Guest Laundry is FREE!!! The staff is perfect! i mean incredibly perfect, pleasant, professional and friendly! there isn’t a problem they can’t solve!! i won’t stay anywhere else!!

Really nice place- clean, lovely rooms, nice kitchens- fully stocked, quiet and comfortable. So glad we found it and so grateful for all their help in a very stressful situation!! Thank you staff for being so gracious and helpful. We appreciate you!!

Susana, Charli, Annie, Kerrie, Emily and everyone else! They helped out with everything, even made sure that our mom was taken care of. So again thank you all for everything!
