- TBTerry Benioff6 days ago4.0Hi. Had a mostly great stay at this hotel. All employees were welcoming and went out of their way to help, got me more supplies as needed. Sadly, the first night the minifridge froze most of my food. The staff reimbursed me but I had to buy more. They got a maintenance person to replace the fridge that day, but he put in a fridge with NO freezer so my frozen stuff was thawed in the fridge...I was reimbursed but had to shop again, not fun with 12-hour workdays. Then the staff kept my frozen things in their freezer so I had to go to/from front desk to get or put in things daily. Again, the staff made up for the lousy equipment at the hotel. Plus the fridge was under the sink so not at all convenient. Staff was also flexible as I had to use the laundry room after hours due to my work sked. Room was clean though AC/heat was noisy. Excellent location for my 11 nights with work all day every day. Close to everything I needed. A kitchenette would have improved my stay. Thanks much to the wonderful staff.

- DBDianne BrushJan 12, 20265.0We stayed here for a week. The hotel and our room was very clean, quiet and comfortable. Awesome water pressure in the shower! All of the staff was pleasant. The breakfast was great every day, a step above most BW's. We were pleasantly surprised how nice it was.
