Travel a lot for work. Was my first time staying in a best western but I must say that the rooms were clean and comfortable, the lobby was amenities were nice, hotel staff were helpful and friendly, and the hotel is located close by a lot of restaurant and shops .

Everything about this place is rediculous. No wifi. Had to ask for heater controls to be turned on. Room smells like chemicals. Heater opens up to the outside, pouring cold air in

Stayed here twice for sporting events at ShoWare. The group reservation personnel did an excellent job coordinating my group stay. Check in and check out were so easy. A great job done by everyone.
