Paid a lot more to stay here than the other hotels in the area. Came just for the nite to play golf one day and stayed here because of the name Hilton. The lobby looked nice so we figured the rest would be great too. The pluses…staff and front desk are top notch, very accommodating and very pleasant. The lobby is very nice and modernized. Little bar/restaurant area where there’s a big screen to watch football etc. snacks for sale by the front desk has quit a bit to buy and of course it’s not cheap. (Also vending machines in hotel). Plus They allow pets. Negatives….they allow pets but it’s $75 non refundable fee. They do not have a free continental or free any kind of breakfast. And for the steep price of the rooms they should. Breakfast is $16 buffet or what’s on the menu. The hallway carpets are dirty, not pleasant at all. When you leave the modern lobby you seem to enter back into a time warp where the rooms are older and a little to more than a little run down. Old furniture. Shelves inside are broken, just dingy and scratched up. Bathrooms aren’t modernized. Like a lot of hotels, calking in shower is old and Everything about the room screams comfort inn or super 8. It’s a bit bigger and ceilings are higher but we thought we’d get far more for the price. Beds weren’t comfortable at all. Old and hard as a rock. Our room was almost double the price of best western up the street and we realized we definitely should have stayed there and will next time. I guess never trust a name that’s been around forever and you think will be nice. Won’t be back to this hotel.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dustin, the maintenance guy was incredibly helpful and quickly fixed an issue in our room when we first checked in. The room however, was very dated and needs to be renovated. The carpet looks very worn and is separating at some of the seams. The lights and chairs all seem like they’re out of the 70s. The hotel is well located around a wide area of commercial and entertainment venues. Hilton needs to remind its employees that the cross hatched space in the disabled parking areas is not for parking but rather for customers who need extra room to get in and out of their vehicles.
