- ELEric LindsayOct 13, 20253.0The staff are very friendly and helpful. Dustin, the maintenance guy was incredibly helpful and quickly fixed an issue in our room when we first checked in. The room however, was very dated and needs to be renovated. The carpet looks very worn and is separating at some of the seams. The lights and chairs all seem like they’re out of the 70s. The hotel is well located around a wide area of commercial and entertainment venues. Hilton needs to remind its employees that the cross hatched space in the disabled parking areas is not for parking but rather for customers who need extra room to get in and out of their vehicles.

- RRRastaBearSep 8, 20253.0My 2 nights here were meh. Rooms were fine but the bathroom wasnt. The fan didnt work and the cieling was peeling and you could definitely see some mold starting to form. But the real kicker was that PBR was going on at the toyota center and the whole parking lot was full when we returned Saturday evening at 7pm which was very inconvenient. The hotel needs to implement some kind of system to keep the parking available to paying guests not free loading patrons of another building.
