    I booked a King Suite with the whirlpool tub and fire place for our anniversary. The fire place did not work at all and the whirlpool tub pump would turn on but would not circulate any water. I informed the gentleman at the front desk and he just said "Thanks". Definitely won't be back to this location.

    Didn’t get a wink of sleep due to them allowing the person in the room above me to bring their dog in, and just let it run back and forth. I even called the front desk to let them know and nothing changed. This has bothered me for a while, and if I didn’t say something, someone else is going to have the same experience I had. All I got was a “that sucks” from the guy at the front desk. Great way to screw up a vacation when you can’t even sleep in the hotel room you paid for.
