One of the best hotels in town. I like the new TV and it has a pool. Breakfast was good. Parking is a little tight for a larger vehicle but I found a space. Close to lots of things to do. Got me checked in quickly and friendly service. I'll stay again

Let me put you at ease right now. This hotel was a beacon in the dark for us and I really appreciate the staff. We just left and we have not had a single bad interaction, the breakfast room was clean and very well organized. I wasn't in the breakfast room for long (late night check in, you get me). But the attendant was diligent and hard working to keep the place in such good condition. The front desk girls were lovely, Ashley and another girl with an A (I'm so sorry! Late check in has me forgetful) we're incredibly helpful and patient for two tired guests. (Us lol) We had to run for extra blankets but that was nothing that wasn't able to be remedied by the front desk staff. The pool was clean and not overwhelmingly chlorine smelling. (To my understanding that is a very good sign) The building is 'old' but frankly I think that gives it character. I really like the rounded gym room, that may be my own architectural biases however. The house keeping staff is doing an incredible job, there were a very small few stains in the corner of our sheets. That being said, the sheets were functional and I wasn't worried. Theirs only so much we can expect bleach to be able to remove from white sheets. There were no sign of bug/pests which was also relieving. And most importantly, it felt safe. As safe as you can reasonably expect of course, there's no such thing as the Perfect Town. However, this place is certainly a great stop! We will be stopping again. Especially since there were no frightening blood splatters as I have read about other hotels in the area. We WILL be back. And thank you again!

Let me just save you some time searching reviews and just come here. The rooms are very clean and comfortable. The pool is warm enough to get right in. Pretty deep for a small pool. When you leave, Front desk people make you feel like you have gained new friends. We'll definitely stay here again if in this area

The Good: I found it relatively clean, comfortable, and convenient. The staff were genuinely friendly, and the included breakfast—eggs, waffles, sausage, cereal, country potatoes, yogurt, milk, cream, coffee, etc—was a good start to the day. The location near the freeway made travel easy, and nearby dining options were handy. It’s a reliable, no-frills hotel. The Mehh: While a decent value, it is a dated hotel that could do with some refurbishing. From the dark carpets that hide dirt well to the very squeaky doors, lumpy mattress and thin walls, BW can update the place to a more modern and comfortable scale. Kelso and the global traveler expect a little more from a reputable chain. All said, I’d return for a short, budget, stress-free stay. Just be aware of what you are paying for.

Nice hotel , clean , breakfast was top notch. Overall great experience. We stayed in the double queen bedroom with kitchenette and it was very accommodating. However there was no elevator and only one wheelchair ramp.
