- SWSJ WMar 4, 20265.0Wow. To think I was considering Laquinta! I made the right call coming here. The rooms are clean and contemporary. The breakfast bar is AMAZING! It has an excellent variety of food and is delicious. I feel very comfortable and safe here. It is a classy upper end hotel for a reasonable price. You will not regret your stay, I am certain.
- BMBruce MortonFeb 18, 20264.0The room and location is great. Lobby is large with lots of room to meet and work. The breakfast is exceptional for this class of hotel. I especially liked the yogurt bar. I took off a star because there's no hot tub.

Yes, i know the hotel can't be responsible for guests behavior, but they knew of the noise [they are close the the desk] and they should have shut it down sooner. Breakfast was good and rooms are nice.

The rooms were clean and we had a room with a new air/ heat unit with clean filters. The housekeeping, kitchen and maintenance staff were all friendly saying hello, good morning etc. big difference from other Holiday Inn Expresses we stayed at. Everything was clean. The daily breakfast was very good as well with many choice options. Bartender Kyle was a really gracious. His appetizers provided an appetizing aroma around the lounge area that laid you feel welcomed. Thanks Kyle. Overall a great experience and would come back.
- OOObiFeb 9, 20261.0Such an awful experience. Housekeeping lies. Stayed a week, requested cleaning twice, never got it. When I complained about it, younger lady just had zero skill in trying to help resolve, and would just interject conversations I was having with other staff to find a solution. Few days before I had also called asking if there was wifi issue, response was to the tune of "I don't know what to tell you, I can't help you from here".
