- SPS PMar 25, 20265.0The hotel is fairly new, very nice, and the rooms are very clean. However, your staff is what makes this place amazing. The front desk people are top notch. The housekeeping staff is wonderful. They make the place what it is. Make sure you do what you can to keep a great staff like you have.
- NNNick NickMar 20, 20261.0I’m writing this review with my mobile data plan because the hotels WiFi is the WORST WiFi I’ve ever experienced in my life. I’ve stayed here a few times over the last handful of months and it has been absolutely horrible. It worked well when I stayed here in the past but as of these last few months it’s so bad that I will be staying at a different IHG location going forward. It disconnects 10 times a day and half of those times it requires you to enter in the WiFi password just to use it again. I’ve seen better WiFi at a McDonalds or motel 6. I can NOT do my conference calls on this atrocious wireless internet.

The rooms are always incredibly clean, the staff are always incredibly friendly, and the fireplace in the lobby provides a cosy and warm atmosphere, especially in the winter!
