    We recommend Executive Residency 100%. First off, the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and understanding. They were accommodating and very communicative and responsive to our needs. Additionally, the amenities (pool, exercise room, ect) were well maintained and very enjoyable. The breakfasts are good and have a variety of options and change from day to day. The rooms were spacious and had quite of few kitchen appliances/ utensils for the kitchenettes. We couldn’t be happier with our experience with Executive Residency.

    I am extremely disappointed with our experience trying to book a room at this Best Western. We were simply trying to arrange a one-night stay for my father-in-law. We live halfway across the state, and due to dangerous snowy pass conditions, we were trying to help him stay somewhere safe for the night before continuing his trip. We were fully willing to pay for the room and any incidentals over the phone, but the hotel refused to accept any form of payment unless a physical credit card was present. Because of this policy, they would not work with us in any way to help arrange the room for him. While I understand that hotels have policies in place, the complete lack of flexibility or willingness to help in a situation involving dangerous travel conditions was incredibly frustrating. We were simply trying to ensure our family member had a safe place to stay for the night. Unfortunately, this experience left us feeling that customer service and basic compassion were lacking.

    I wish I could give them less than a 1star review. If you are looking for a hotel with even decent customer service, do NOT use this hotel or Best Western!! My wife and I made a reservation for 5 days using our points to pay for the room for when our house sale closed and the need for a roof over our head for a week.. I made 2 contacts with the hotel to secure our reservation, 1 on the phone and 1 in person at the hotel. I spoke to Dinah at the hotel to secure our reservation. I mentioned on the phone and in person with her that we had 2 cats that we would have in the room as their website listed them as “pet friendly “. Nothing else was have mentioned about the cats. At the time of check in with all of our belongings in a uhaul and cats in the other car we went to check in at the hotel on a rainy night at 8:30 and we then told “ sorry we don’t accept cats”. I debated the fact with the attendant at the desk that Dinah knew we Chad cats and said nothing. They even called the manager who I spoke to on the phone and told her that she needed to stand by what her employee had said. I was told her that she didn’t have to stand behind anything!!! Nothing more could be truer with this company. They stand behind NOTHING. Instead of using points that would have got us a free week of hotel use , we had to find a sub standard hotel and pay $800.00! When taking this up with the corporate office the best they would offer us was a check for $100. Very poor customer service from top to bottom!! I high encourage everyone to consider this when choosing a hotel and don’t use Best Western. They will not stand behind their own words.

    The fist day i arrive at the hotel there charge me 50 deposit right away an 16 for parking an two days for staying , i wanted to extend they charge again 50 dlls deposit an charged again 8 dlls there take the 50 and 8 when there person pass my card to the machine and i look my phone and i see the transactio n pull the money out from my account and there said pending but there take the money right away plus for parking plus hotel fees i look at my charges it now says canceled like they never took money but they take it right away the lady in front said they take the money right away but i haven't gotten any of my deposits including one from feb. Another 50 dllrs total there take 4 times total 200 dllrs and i probed with my bank stayment there never send the deposit to my acct They just say canceled no refund when i try an talk to someone they always say that money has been released if that was case why are deposit charges now say cancel? And im not happy there i have to pay for parking lot 8dllrs is not profecional Onther then that situation the hotel was nice an workers

    Good value for money, clean cosy rooms, small kitchenette and comfy bed adds to your peaceful stay! Staff was good, but free breakfast was like very basic! They charge for parking too!
