  I had a Great stay at Hotel Indigo From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful, offering thoughtful recommendations for local dining. Our room had little goodies and a personalized note, which was a beautiful touch that made us feel truly welcomed. Every team member went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable stay. Highly recommend!

  We stayed here after winning a one night stay and breakfast at a fundraiser auction (good on them for helping the non profit). The booking and check in was simple and both were handled by friendly and knowledgeable staff. They have a pool but no hot tub, so I didn't go swimming. The room was nice, not huge but big enough. We had an ocean balcony room. It was a view of the everett marina and the skyline, which was very nice when the sun was out. Our view included a roof with some machinery, which didn't bother me but is worth mentioning. We had breakfast at the hotel restaurant, it was delightful. I would stay here again.

  Stylish Stay with Frayed Edges Hotel Indigo Everett sits in a prime waterfront spot, promising boutique charm and modern comfort. But beneath the surface, the experience feels more faded than fresh. The carpet, dulled and weary, has outlived its prime. Furniture shows its age with stains that speak louder than style. Bathroom amenities are minimal—bare essentials with no thoughtful touches to elevate the stay. The TV setup is a throwback, lacking streaming or smart features. Morning lobby offerings? Nonexistent. No breakfast, no grab-and-go, just a Keurig in the room quietly doing its best. Staff directs you to their poorly managed restaurant. And speaking of the room—no phone. Not even a basic landline. If you need help, your cell is your lifeline… assuming it charges. The ports were weak and unreliable, leaving devices gasping for power. Staff were warm, and the location is undeniably lovely. But for a hotel that markets itself as upscale and modern, the details matter. Indigo Everett has potential, but it’s time for a refresh. Right now, it’s a stylish stay with frayed edges.

  I chose this hotel because it had good reviews, and I added breakfast through Expedia, paying almost an extra $100. But when I arrived, the hotel had no record of it, and even my reservation email didn’t mention it. I didn’t know whether it was Expedia’s fault or a problem with the hotel’s system. Thankfully, the kind lady at the front desk made breakfast coupons for us the night before, so it was resolved. Honestly, I don’t understand why this hotel has so many good reviews. It’s just average—nothing special about the area, no nice views, nothing impressive. But the biggest problem happened the next morning when I went to check out. Mary, the staff at the counter I spoke with, told me that someone had used my room number and name to drink beer and said I had to pay $40. I argued about it, and then the restaurant manager came and cleared the charge. I asked how something like this could even happen, and instead of apologizing, Mary told me I was overreacting and being too sensitive. Then, as I walked to the parking lot, I checked my bank account and saw another charge of about $120 from the hotel restaurant. So I went back inside, and they told me that someone had also eaten dinner the night before using my room number—before ordering the drinks. I asked how this was even possible—how someone without my room key could just use my room number to eat and drink and have it charged straight to my card—but they treated me like I was the strange one. At that point, I honestly felt like everyone working there had lost their minds. I’m the one who deserves an apology—yet they made it seem like I was the problem. Their system is completely broken. I still don’t understand how someone can use another guest’s room number without a key to get food and alcohol charged directly to their card. Anyway, anyone planning to stay at this hotel should be extremely careful.
