Very poor maid service after having to request it (towels thrown on racks, coffee products not replenished, cleaning rags left on furniture). Key card dates entered wrong and we were locked out a day early. No express checkout done, even though requested when checking in. Front desk clerk locked themselves out of hotel and had to be let in to check us out. Will not be returning to this location again. Very poor service!
