    It was the worst stay we’ve ever had at any Hotel! At 2:30/3:00 AM in the morning, some person in Room 345, who must have thought he was hearing things, opened his side of the adjoining room door and pounded on our locked adjoining room door and tried to open it while yelling, “Turn down the TV!” The TV wasn’t on! I called the Front Desk to complain of the scary situation and asked him to check on who was in the next room for our safety. Allowing for only a short period of time as this was an emergency, I called the Front Desk back again, and the Front Desk person said he entered the room and no one was in it. HE HAD GONE TO THE WRONG ROOM. You’d think, if there was any staff competency, the Front Desk person would have known who was in the room next to ours and then gone to the correct room! I should have called the Police and have them taken care of the person who was threatening us, but decided to allow the Edmonds Harbor Inn staff handle it. My mistake! Needless to say, my Wife was scared to death and neither she nor I slept until it was light out and I could lodge our complaint with the Hotel Manager, ask for our money back, and check out IMMEDIATELY! My complaint fell on the deaf ears of Kimberly McIntyre, Front Office Manager, who offered no sympathy whatsoever for our scary night, and in fact, called BOTH my Wife and I liars to our faces about no TV having been on, and only was willing to refund half our room fee as she saw no reason to refund it all. Evidently, Guest Satisfaction/Hospitality is not a requirement of the BEST WESTERN PLUS® Edmonds Harbor Inn. Our experience was a bit more than an uncomfortable mattress complaint, but rather we faced a situation not knowing if our lives were threatened. Dennis Weaver

    This hotel doesn’t look like much from the outside but trust me it is lovely. Great location (within walking distance to cute downtown area and great restaurants and bars) Clean, great breakfast, and the staff were friendly and fun!

    Incredible customer service at this hotel! Everyone was considerate and friendly and genuinely helpful, especially Kyle at front desk! Way more breakfast options than we were expecting too. Highly recommended!

    Would like an indoor hot tub, but otherwise happy with our stay. Quite a variety for breakfast. Couldn't hear other guests. NO BUGS. Fairly comfortable beds.

    I stay here on occasion with a friend for a girls night out. We had a nice room with 2 queen beds, but on the ceiling over my bed the green light on the smoke alarm was too bright for comfortable sleep. Nothing to be done but put a pillow over my head to block it. Some of the front desk staff are responsive but others seemed to be having a tough day at the office. The included breakfast is much better than many comparable hotels. Real plates and cutlery, for instance.
