  We checked in in no time at all everything was smooth and well organized, and the team was genuinely friendly while staying professional. Our room was impeccably clean and surprisingly quiet, the breakfast felt fresh and filling, and the quiet street outside meant we slept through the night without interruptions. Given the rate, the level of comfort and service is hard to beat, and I’d happily book this place again.

  The hotel is within Harbor Square, a busy business park but is also very quiet considering the business. The staff are very kind and helpful, and they boast pet friendly rooms. Parking is easy. There’s only one elevator, which can be difficult if you have a ton of stuff to drag up and down. Otherwise a nice place, great price point! There’s also a few small green places to walk the dogs, and a nature trail that runs behind the business park. Close by is also an off-leash dog park, the Off Leash Area Edmonds, that is on the beach. The location is great, tucked away and pretty quiet, but minutes from most things in Edmonds and the ferry as well.

  Our Fireplace/Jacuzzi suite was very nice, very clean & quiet. Definitely worth the money for the suite

  Evening desk clerk was very friendly and personal. Water pressure and heat were awesome. Great place.

  It was the worst stay we’ve ever had at any Hotel! At 2:30/3:00 AM in the morning, some person in Room 345, who must have thought he was hearing things, opened his side of the adjoining room door and pounded on our locked adjoining room door and tried to open it while yelling, “Turn down the TV!” The TV wasn’t on! I called the Front Desk to complain of the scary situation and asked him to check on who was in the next room for our safety. Allowing for only a short period of time as this was an emergency, I called the Front Desk back again, and the Front Desk person said he entered the room and no one was in it. HE HAD GONE TO THE WRONG ROOM. You’d think, if there was any staff competency, the Front Desk person would have known who was in the room next to ours and then gone to the correct room! I should have called the Police and have them taken care of the person who was threatening us, but decided to allow the Edmonds Harbor Inn staff handle it. My mistake! Needless to say, my Wife was scared to death and neither she nor I slept until it was light out and I could lodge our complaint with the Hotel Manager, ask for our money back, and check out IMMEDIATELY! My complaint fell on the deaf ears of Kimberly McIntyre, Front Office Manager, who offered no sympathy whatsoever for our scary night, and in fact, called BOTH my Wife and I liars to our faces about no TV having been on, and only was willing to refund half our room fee as she saw no reason to refund it all. Evidently, Guest Satisfaction/Hospitality is not a requirement of the BEST WESTERN PLUS® Edmonds Harbor Inn. Our experience was a bit more than an uncomfortable mattress complaint, but rather we faced a situation not knowing if our lives were threatened. Dennis Weaver
