We had a nice room with 2 queen beds, but on the ceiling over my bed the green light on the smoke alarm was too bright for comfortable sleep. Nothing to be done but put a pillow over my head to block it. Some of the front desk staff are responsive but others seemed to be having a tough day at the office. The included breakfast is much better than many comparable hotels. Real plates and cutlery, for instance.
