  Muy bueno en casi todos los aspectos, solo necesitan trabajar un poco más en la limpieza d la alberca y jacuzzi me refiero a el fondo en el piso tiene la apariencia verde amarilla sucia ojo el agua está limpia. El servicio d front desk exelente. Gracias.

  I’ve stayed here a couple times with my work crew. When you show up around 8 PM/9 PM, the girl at the front desk is not very nice. She doesn’t seem like she’s very happy to be checking you in. We had one of our work guys travel 16 hours all for the front desk to call his room at 11 o’clock at night to tell him to quiet down, which he was the only one in the room. Instead of walking up there and seeing what room the noise was coming from, she decides to call the room that she thinks it is. The sign says no smoking at the front door. I pulled up in the parking lot and was walking up to the door and she come out yelling don’t ever smoke out here. I hadn’t even checked in yet. I was just pulling in and walking through the parking lot.

  The rooms were clean and the service was excellent. Krissy at the front desk was very kind and helpful. The complementary breakfast was amazing.

  I had an excellent overall experience at the Wheatland Best Western. From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, creating a true sense of small-town hospitality that’s hard to find these days. My room was spotless, comfortable, and quiet — a perfect place to rest after a long day. The bed was very comfortable, the linens were fresh, and all amenities were well maintained. I especially appreciated the attention to detail in cleanliness and the overall upkeep of the property. The breakfast was a highlight — fresh, plentiful, and well-prepared — with staff who clearly take pride in their work. The hotel’s location is also ideal for exploring the Palouse area, with easy access to local shops and scenic drives. Overall, this is a great place to stay whether you’re visiting for business, college events, or just passing through. I’ll definitely be staying here again and highly recommend it to others.
