Called before scheduling if pool and jacuzzi would be open during our stay, they said” there was work done above jacuzzi ceiling but it would remain open during our stay.” A day into our stay, “jacuzzi is closed to maintenance.” Asked front desk why it is closed they said because of a leak. I asked the worker what he is doing above jacuzzi he said applying paint primer. So there was no existing leak simply doing painting after the leak was previously fixed. There is no emergency to paint on new years day and close the jacuzzi the whole day. There is no tub in the room to take a bath for a 5 month old and 75 year old grandma to warm up after 15 degrees and snow. Very very disappointing they ruined our trip and we had to leave because no way to warm out. We were deceived lied misled or whatever you want to call it. Very disappointing

I'm not a Besf Western guy, but these guys were great. Alexis did an awesome job helping out with anything that was needed. My only complaint is that my 6 year old said the sofa bed wasn't comfortable (she wasn't wrong considering one of the springs had sprung that went across. Delicious cookies nightly, hot tub and heated pool, and a great full breakfast.

- BBBagbyDec 22, 20255.0We loved our stay here! We travel a lot between Eastern and Western Washington, and this has been, by far, the best hotel we’ve stayed at. The front desk folks were warm and inviting. The check in process was smooth. When we entered our room, we immediately noticed how clean everything was and the scent of fresh linens. Our room was stocked well and it was personalized. We were able to order pizza via delivery so even though there was not a restaurant on site we still found convenience. The pool area was comfortable, and the temperature of the water was great. The property is centrally located near restaurants and grocery stores. Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Well, done team.
