Within 30 minutes of renting said room I was told the person I had a protection orders against rented a room shortly after. I notified the front desk that he could not be 1,000 feet near me & said I would need to leave the room immediately. I asked for a refund which she stated the manager Jodi would have to approve the next day. Diane called me this morning notifying me they would not be refunding me even though they did confirm with Asotin County Sheriff's Department of the NCO! I will never give this hotel another cent of my money and I will be disputing the $240 charge on Tuesday when my bank opens! Absolutely shameful customer service! The owner needs to find better management!
