- MRMatthew Reynolds1 day ago5.0Busy event weekend, but the staff were on top of it. At breakfast they were *slinging* (in the best sense) a constant supply of hot food from the kitchen. Rooms felt clean and modern. Beds were comfy. Staff were friendly and helpful. Feels like perfect execution of “quality, not ritz” hotel service.

- TITodd IsraelMar 8, 20265.0Customer service was excellent ✅ The room was very clean ✅ The airport and downtown Spokane are a short drive. ✅ Breakfast was standard but really good ✅ In the last year I’ve stayed at a lot of similar class/ type hotels. This one was by far the best customer service and the most clean. From check-in to texting with the front desk was top notch. Even the cleaning staff were friendly as I passed them in the hall. Every hotel I’ve stayed in has signs that the rooms only get a quick clean. You can always see signs that they don’t get the cracks, corners, and underneath. I didn’t find a single untouched bit of the room. We are changing upcoming reservations from other area hotels to this Holiday Inn.

- SSscott stoneJan 7, 20262.0Everything was great ... except for being told by a lady (no work uniform, or clothing indicating that she was an employee) telling us that we COULD NOT wait in the lobby, until breakfast began. My buddy and I are both Army veterans, and we tend to get up early... we just wanted to sit and have coffee until breakfast began. The lady was quite rude. Definitely won't be staying at THAT hotel again.
