My buddy and I are both Army veterans, and we tend to get up early... we just wanted to sit and have coffee until breakfast began. The lady was quite rude. Definitely won't be staying at THAT hotel again.

They have a 24/7 brew on demand coffee maker in the lobby. I realize this is probably to save money but I want to crawl out of bed, make my coffee and crawl back in bed to drink it while I wake up. I do not want to crawl out of bed get dressed, walk to the lobby and carry hot coffee back to my room. My coffee is very important to me. Would be nice if they had some to put in room when asked for people like me. I will be planning on staying here in the future so I guess I bring a thermos to fill the night before.

I know my appearance can be disorienting, but I’ve given you $4000 and the very least you can do is get up and physically go look for the thing that may or may not be in the lost and found. Also, why aren’t you being friendly? I went out of my way several times to try and strike up a conversation with you and I could just tell that you don’t like me because of the way I look.
