  A great stay! Rooms are clean and comfortable. They serve coffee AND hot chocolate in the lobby, and the made to order omelets are terrific!!

  Staff was fantastic! I utilized their conference room for a work meeting. They were very accommodating to our needs and the room was excellent.

  Gina and the made to order omelettes - definitely the highlights :) Omelette was delicious. Rooms were spotless and the beds and pillows were so comfortable. Also the EV charging was a nice surprise.

  Had a great stay here. We had our dog with us and our room was situated right next to the outdoor area and was a perfect setup for us. Gina at the front desk is very nice and helpful. We enjoyed the hot tub a few times also. Would definitely recommend and stay here again if needed.

  We contacted the hotel around 9:00 a.m. after WDOT confirmed that both mountain passes were closed, making it impossible for our family to travel from Spokane, WA to the hotel. The front desk associate was very kind and understanding and was able to waive the charge for our second night, which we appreciated. Unfortunately, after speaking with the general manager, we were told no further accommodation could be made, which resulted in us losing approximately $400 for two rooms we were unable to use due to circumstances beyond our control. This was disappointing, especially since other hotels in the area were offering partial or full refunds to families affected by the closures who were traveling for the same volleyball event. We’ve had positive experiences with Best Western properties in the past, which made this situation especially surprising. While the staff we initially spoke with was pleasant, the overall outcome left us feeling let down. We’ll likely explore other hotel options for future events in the area.
