Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Nice lobby. Close to food (although the hot free breakfast here was great), experiences and other amenities. Ample parking
This IHG has been a great. Every single staff member that I have had an encounter with was beyond friendly.
The coffee in the lobby is 24/7 which is great for someone like myself who already gets up early but with a 2 hour time change, I’m up even earlier. I was down in the lobby at 3 AM and the coffee was hot and tasty… it’s the machine that grinds the beans and makes you a fresh cup.
My room was on the 4th floor; it was QUIET, clean and well organized. The bed is comfortable and the pillows too.
Everything is well working (including the usb plugs) AND THE SHOWER WATER PRESSURE IS FANTASTIC!
I will be staying here again.

First off, I want to say that the lady checking us in was able to get us in 3 hours early. I am grateful for this as we had 4 teenaged boys with us for a football tournament and weren't sure what to do for time killers. The rooms were also clean, and breakfast was easy as usual. I have stayed at multiple Holiday Inn Expresses in the past year (Wenatchee, WA in Dec and In CA last July), and I will continue to do so. However I will not be returning to this location simply for the odd business practice of taking 100 out of my account per room booked when I had already fully paid for the rooms. They charged me $200 for "just in case" charges? Ive never heard of that before and im well traveled. They always need a card on file, sometimes a $5 charge (like in Wenatchee)... but $100 per room??? Its just before pay day for me and now the money I had in my account for my sons braces autopayment cant come out Monday... since I can't get that money out for 2 to 3 business days, I was told. WHAT IN THE WORLD. Just taking an additional 200 from someone, will a fully paid room, and have to wait 4 to 5 days to get it back (holiday weekend). Thats an awful business practice. I will continue to go to Holiday Inn Express hotels as they've been my favorite, but this is the only one that has taken an additional 200 bucks from me- so I will not return to this location.

Frequently stay in area, great location for hotel. Normally stay at Candlewood but wanted to use pool and gym. New, clean, very comfortable bed and staff was very friendly. Woke at 1:30am on Thursday night stay from noise of three young girls talking loudly in stairwell in their swimsuits. Went out to see what was going on and asked them to go to their room, one apologized while the other had an attitude and said, “my mom owns this hotel”, so in my pjs when down to front desk to address issue and he kindly took care of it. The disregard and irresponsibility of young lady who’s “mom owns the hotel” was frustrating. So I looked at reviews and can tell unfortunately this is poorly managed property.

Convention going on with very noisy guests in halls, common areas, and rooms. This noise was elevated during "quiet hours." Front desk or security looked the other way. If your looking for a party hotel, this is your place! If you wish a restful night, keep driving.
