  I travel a lot for work, which you would think means I have mastered the very basic skill of keeping track of my hotel key. Reader, I have not. Fortunately, this hotel employs Gigi—who has now rescued me from my own incompetence more times than I care to admit. Every time I appear at the desk looking like someone who has once again managed to lock themselves out of their own evening plans, Gigi is there with the calm, sympathetic energy of someone who has seen it all and is not here to judge. What could easily feel embarrassing instead becomes one of the most pleasant parts of the stay. She’s kind, funny, and somehow manages to make the whole experience feel less like “a guest who cannot be trusted with a key card” and more like “a regular whose mildly chaotic travel habits are simply part of the routine.” Beyond that, the hotel itself is wonderful—clean rooms, comfortable atmosphere, and the kind of amenities that make it easy to unwind after a long day of travel. But truly, the standout is the staff, and Gigi in particular. Hospitality lives or dies on the people who make guests feel welcome, and she absolutely nails it. If management is reading this: give Gigi a raise. She has clearly spent a significant amount of time helping one very forgetful traveler maintain the illusion of competence.

  Yoli and Hugo were amazing! Yoli's professionalism and service was top notch. She was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. This is not always the case when using a breakfast voucher. Chef Hugo made one of the best omelets I have ever had, and he personally came over to ensure we were satisfied. He takes pride in his food, for sure. I highly recommend the breakfast at the hotel.

  I had a wonderful experience at Holiday Inn & Suites restaurant. The cook did an amazing job — the food was absolutely delicious! We ordered the three-egg omelet with two slices of bread, and everything was cooked perfectly. The omelet was fluffy, flavorful, and fresh. You can really tell the cook puts care into the food. Our server, Jolly, was also fantastic. She was friendly, attentive, and made sure we had everything we needed. Her warm attitude made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, great food and excellent service. We will definitely be coming back again. ! Highly recommend!

  Everything in my experience has been exceptional from the moment of my arrival. The room and comfy bed, the delightful and friendly staff and the delicious breakfast. There is nothing more I could ask for. I’ll stay here again on my return to Seattle area.

  This our go to hotel when exploring the north Seattle Eastside region. Professional and welcoming staff, beautiful common area and overall design, just what was needed in the bar and dining option. Very comfortable room was sparkling clean and well maintained. Being an IHG member really counts at this hotel! The well lit parking lot has special members parking, they greeted us with a goodie bag at check-in and also offered a late check-out option to members. Not to mention hot chocolate chip cookies complimentary at check in. It felt like a hotel experience from years ago when the staff took their jobs seriously and the facility was very special. Already have two return trips planned in the next couple months!
