Customer service delicious fine dining for dinner. Mimosas in the morning for breakfast. It was absolutely a phenomenal experience. I will come back even when it’s not an emergency and the bright eyed green eyed girl in the restaurant for breakfast was as cheery as ever she was wonderful, splendid, and the chef came out to greet us, which is unusual. But delightful nonetheless

I highly recommend this hotel if you're looking for a place to stay and I will continue to stay here whenever I visit this area. The greetings as you're leaving and returning are a nice touch and also show that the staff is paying attention. The front desk is always staffed, which, when traveling alone, makes me feel a lot safer staying in a hotel. The laundry room, fitness center and other common areas are always clean, the housekeeping staff does a great job as well. Would recommend Holiday Inn & Suites Bothell to family and friends.
