  My sister and i stayed here for a week after her apartment flooded and though it was a tough situation, the staff’s kindness and helpfulness made a huge difference. Shoutout to Nico, Hannah, and Kenley. Thanks to them, we were able to enjoy our hotel stay despite the circumstances.

  Nice Enough Motel... EXCEPT You can't open the Windows to get FRESH AIR... the HVAC unit is VERY NOISY & BLOWS right on the Bed... On Sunny days, the South facing rooms get SUPER HOT in the Afternoons... No Bath Tub... Pool was SUPER-CHLORINATED😰😭...

  Staff were friendly, location was surprisingly quiet. Being near the airport I expected more noise. Common spaces and rooms were clean. Only downside, most rooms do not have bathtubs. It was hard to tell in the pictures so I asked. I was told only the standard two queen rooms have tubs. It’s fine if you don’t like baths but I was really hoping for a soak and didn’t have a swimsuit for the hot tub. Also wish hotels went back to having real coffee mugs in the rooms. The aroma coming from the restaurant was divine but the menu was sub par so I didn’t partake. Lots of parking available and an easy walk across a parking lot to the airport and public transportation.

  I hate writing reviews. I have written perhaps two in my entire life. I prefice my review with this because the service was so good that I had to despite my distaste. The staff there were phenomenal. I wish I had gotten all of their names. Every single one was kind, friendly, and positive. I'm from the South. Hospitality is supposed to be our thing. The staff here had us beat. I had the opportunity to speak with housekeepers, maintenance workers, bartenders/waiters, and front desk staff. Everyone was amazing. The teams all clearly worked well together. I watched new staff be mentored well by more veteran staff, watched how they coordinated around large groups and holiday events. I don't think I have seen a better trained team, and I used to work as a sales manager in the hotel world myself, as did other members of my family. If I could give 10000000/5 stars to the staff, I would. Thank you.
