- MMMMar 4, 20265.0I hate writing reviews. I have written perhaps two in my entire life. I prefice my review with this because the service was so good that I had to despite my distaste. The staff there were phenomenal. I wish I had gotten all of their names. Every single one was kind, friendly, and positive. I'm from the South. Hospitality is supposed to be our thing. The staff here had us beat. I had the opportunity to speak with housekeepers, maintenance workers, bartenders/waiters, and front desk staff. Everyone was amazing. The teams all clearly worked well together. I watched new staff be mentored well by more veteran staff, watched how they coordinated around large groups and holiday events. I don't think I have seen a better trained team, and I used to work as a sales manager in the hotel world myself, as did other members of my family. If I could give 10000000/5 stars to the staff, I would. Thank you.
