The staff started gabbing and laughing super loud before 5 a.m. It totally messed up my sleep and woke me right up. Once breakfast started at 6 a.m., it was just pure chaos. Kids were running around and screaming, which I've never dealt with at any other hotel. What a shocker! The breakfast area was a mess, and a bunch of stuff was just left dried out without anyone caring. Not a good time at all.
- SWShelly WymerDec 22, 20253.0This hotel is very clean. But it is not quiet. I was on the 2nd floor. For some reason, the night staff put a family with lots of luggage on the 3rd floor at 12:00am. By 1am, I had to call down to ask them to ask those guests to be quiet. After another hour I called twice more. It's now 8am, and I only managed about 2 hours of sleep before the folks upstairs came, because the noise was so bad after that, that sleeping was impossible, and nothing was done by the staff to quiet the rude, loud people who sounded like they were remodeling up there. They stomped, dropped many large things, and I'm fairly certain their kids were jumping from bed to bed. There are signs in the elevator to remind everyone of the "quiet hours". Guessing that sign is just to cover a dent in the door, because they don't enforce their own rules here. The desk clerk tried to tell me they could just move me to a different room, but I refused, because that's ridiculous. They needed to handle the problem upstairs, not make me pack up and move at 1am. That won't fix the real problem. I chose this hotel specifically because the reviews were so good. But in the end, I payed to be kept awake all night.

From the moment we called about a reservation, to when we finally checked out, we experienced nothing less than stellar service with kindness and empathy. Free HOT breakfast (If you like coffee, the machine grinds the beans fresh). ✔️ Amazing and friendly team members. ✔️ Pool. ✔️ Hot tub. ✔️ Pet's allowed (with a reasonable fee). ✔️ Thank you Holiday Inn Express and team for making a bad situation better. We appreciate you!
- AMA MannDec 2, 20255.0Love this place. It's the only place we stay at when visiting our daughter at college. Clean place, clean rooms, great staff, pool and hot tub is perfect. And the breakfast can't be beat! I only stay at hotels that offer breakfasts, and this is always 100% fresh and perfect. Couldn't ask for better from this place. Stayed at a few other hotels there over the years and always come back to this one. Now it's the only place we'll stay anymore
