When I explained that I had plugged in my car about an hour earlier, they told me that the charger can only be used for one hour until 22:00 (after that, it can be used for the whole night). No one mentioned this rule during check-in, and there’s no sign about it anywhere. When I complained about the late call and said I wasn’t aware of the rule, they just laughed, and a guy just said, “We’re done here!” No apology or acknowledgment of my complaint
