The gym is on the 11th floor and it’s open 24 hours, which sounds convenient, but I could constantly hear weights being dropped above me - even late at night. The hotel itself is beautiful and the rooms are great, but the noise from the gym made it hard to sleep. If you’re sensitive to noise, avoid the 10th floor. When you know thw gym is above rooms of 10th floor, at least close the gym after specific hour at night.

If the hotel covers fair staff compensation without double‑charging guests who help themselves at a buffet, this would be a 5* stay.
