The only hotel in the USA that gives you not only a proper ceramic cup, a water boiler, but also.....(drumroll) an actual metal spoon to stir your coffee with.

Bobby at the front desk is amazing, as is Faye. Also so nice and accommodating to any changes or requests. Had a great peaceful time, while also surrounded by awesome bars and restaurants to have fun. Highly recommended. Love it!

While the hotel itself was clean and well maintained, the service did not reflect the level of quality expected from a property of this standard. We spent approximately $230 on room service dinner, with my entrée alone costing $88. The order arrived about 25 minutes later than the estimated delivery time, the food was cold upon arrival, and my roasted potatoes were completely missing from the plate. I immediately contacted front desk to report the issue, but nothing was done to correct it no replacement, no adjustment to the bill, and no follow-up. For a premium hotel charging premium prices, this lack of accountability and service recovery is unacceptable.
