  overall a good experience and the breakfast food was better than the regular best western near this location. the only issue i had is housekeeping because its really inconvenient that dirty/wet towels werent getting changed out. i left them in the bathroom in one pile but they were untouched :/ for the price this should be a basic step in the cleaning routine

  The front desk lady was nice and so was all the housekeeping, I paid 170.00 for the jacuzzi room, it would seem that you would have at least a smart tv in the room, but there wasn’t we wanted a movie chill jacuzzi night. It was clean and all that but the tv sucks and it could be bigger, and I had no clue there was even a breakfast offered I went and bought breakfast.

  Great service and experience! We enjoyed all the help we got from the receptionist (believe her name was Kelsi) and the rooms were clean, bed super comfortable, and, if you can, the jacuzzi room is worth it!

  Loved this hotel for our Stay during the presidents day showdown volleyball tournament at the Clark County Event Center .. Kelsii at the front dest was literally my best friend while I was there and she definitely needs a raise!!! The rooms are spacious, clean , and accommodating. Pool and hot tub amazing and clean. The breakfast was an 8/10 for us. Offering many hot/cold options. I will always be booking here in the future

  The rooms were great, clean, spacious, and comfortable. The staff were AMAZING. The staff seemed to be constantly cleaning throughout the day. Everyone was so polite and friendly. I know this sounds trivial - when we would leave our room and head for the elevator, the house keeping staff would punch the elevator so it was open and ready for us when we reached the elevator. There was a young Hawaiian employee at the front desk for the bulk of our stay. SHE WAS INCREDIBLY FRIENDLY! She made a personal connection with each of the 7 individuals in our party. She assisted us with finding restaurants. She assisted with finding a location for my uncle to see a doctor. Above that, when I passed the front counter, she asked if there was any news yet? Checking to see how he was doing. We were in town for a funeral and this young lady made this stay at your hotel - different. She made us feel so welcomed, cared for, and added a very personal touch to our stay. I can’t thank her enough for her kindness and hospitality.
