- JHJohn Han6 days ago1.0This company is a horrible place!!!! I was wrongfully accused of a crime which I wasn’t even there! I called and asked for the footage they said an officer or a court order would get the footage released! But I can submit a email and they will hold it!! I emailed the several times! When the court finally order them to release it they deleted it two months later! The are horrible people liars and do not take care of there customers! I’ve stayed there dozens of times of times! I will never set foot in there again! How can they sleep at night! Allowing crimes to happen and not even protect there guest!!! I was told by your manager to send a letter to hold video due to a crime. I wrote three I kept a copy it was my finance who book the room. It was clarified and told by your manager that it would be held so I could have the time to address the court. So not sure how that response is acceptable. I will be pushing this issue.

Friendly, helpful staff Silent hallways Functional elevators Exceptionally clean rooms Not an insect in sight Spotless bathrooms Slight bleach odor to bedding Slight chlorine odor to all water My only complaint is the bathroom lighting for disabled folk. It makes more sense to put the light AT the door and not on the mirror. Putting a sign up or notifying occupants would be ideal here. Overall 9.5/10 My husband and I come through often so this will be our home away from home if they keep doing this well 😍

Lobby receptionist was pleasant and very helpful. Complimentary continental breakfast had the usual selection. Coffee was decent. Pool and workout room also included in the hotel amenities. Eateries and some shopping all in walking distance.

We forgot to bring a pack ’n play for our little one, and she personally brought one up to our room right away, such a lifesaver! The room itself was spotless and comfortable, and the jetted tub was a perfect way to relax after a long day. Excellent service, clean rooms, and a really welcoming atmosphere we’ll definitely stay here again!
