- NNNoneya4 days ago3.0My family and normally enjoy staying at this location. The staff is always friendly and accommodating. Breakfast is great and has a lot of options. One thing I do not like is that when we wanted to take a shower we called the front desk and asked for a non slip bath mat so no one would slip and fall in the tub. The front desk response was we don't have anything for you to use. And there is no railings or anything in the shower. IIt was so slippery and there was nothing in the bathroom to hold to and it sent me into a full anxiety attack. This should never happen. There should always be bath mats and bars to hold onto in hotels bathrooms because someone falling is a liability to the hotel itself. I also asked for a small fan due to it being hot in our room and the front desk had no desire to check if the was one we could use. So we had to open the window which was not ok because it was very loud with the traffic on the nearby freeway.

From start to finish, we were genuinely impressed — the staff were exceptionally friendly and accommodating, the room spotless and comfortable, and the whole hotel well maintained. A special thank-you to the staff for their thoughtful hospitality — we really appreciated the extra bath towels and the late checkout. It gave us a peaceful, unhurried morning to get ready before our drive back home. I also loved the 24-hour pool access for adults (and until 10 p.m. for children) — such a thoughtful touch! The complimentary breakfast was excellent, with plenty of options — from rice bowls and classic eggs and sausages to cereal, waffles, donuts, coffee, and fresh fruit. Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again. Highly recommend!
