- DWDavid WrightMar 29, 20261.0Ok, after struggling through the night with room temps at 80 and no luck with thermostat, we asked at the desk if the thermostat could be reset or repaired. We were told that the building system only provided heat or AC but not both and currently was supplying only heat!! We were told to turn off the thermostat and crack open the windows! We find this incredulous given the cost of the rooms. Needless to say we will never stay here again and it makes us wonder about other Holiday Inn Express locations.

- DDDJHMar 6, 20261.0They only clean rooms Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. I checked in Wednesday & checked out Friday. You have to ask for towels but someone brought them to the room. The key cards didn't work so we had to go back downstairs everytime we left the room since it wouldn't open the door. The 1st time they said they just made them. Same story the next day. The tub had one tread so I slid around.in the tub while showering. If I had slipped & fell I would've cracked my head open & possibly broken a leg. The pillowcases were dirty with what looked like makeup which lead me to believe the sheets probably weren't changed as well.
