- DDDJH6 days ago1.0They only clean rooms Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays. I checked in Wednesday & checked out Friday. You have to ask for towels but someone brought them to the room. The key cards didn't work so we had to go back downstairs everytime we left the room since it wouldn't open the door. The 1st time they said they just made them. Same story the next day. The tub had one tread so I slid around.in the tub while showering. If I had slipped & fell I would've cracked my head open & possibly broken a leg. The pillowcases were dirty with what looked like makeup which lead me to believe the sheets probably weren't changed as well.

The bad: the evening girl on staff was a little snotty and gave little to no information about breakfast, parking, etc. Each night our keys stopped working (all four keys for two rooms) and the desk girl blamed us for keeping the keys near our phones. This happened every day and I heard two other people have the same issues. The rooms were RIDICULOUSLY hot and turning it down had no effect. In both of our rooms we had to literally turn our heat off and crack the windows open. Again, I heard several people complaining at the front desk about the same issue. The location was about an hour of an easy ride from Killington and served it's purpose fine. Just a few tweaks and this place would be stellar, but for now it's just 'meh'.

Free breakfast where staff member Roberta went out of her way to get me hot cocoa and helped with breakfast! Quiet, clean and relaxing!
