My wife and I stopped by the Jen and Jerry's Factory while we were in Vermont for our honeymoon. The tours were well organized and efficiently run. Our tour guide knew their stuff and was able to answer any questions our group had for them. It was a cool experience and a reasonable price. The flavor graveyard was also a cool experience and interesting to read about some of the failed flavors.

The Ben & Jerry’s Factory Tour in Stowe was an absolute 5-star experience from start to finish! The tour itself was stellar—our guide was incredibly informational, fun, and brought so much energy to the whole experience. You could tell they loved what they do, and it made the tour that much more enjoyable.
Getting to see how the ice cream is made was fascinating, but the best part had to be the flavor tasting. We got to try several Ben & Jerry’s flavors, and each one felt like a little piece of ice cream heaven. It’s truly a one-of-a-kind experience you won’t find anywhere else.
And if you visit, the Flavor Graveyard is a must-see, especially for true ice cream lovers. It’s fun, quirky, and full of nostalgia as you read about all the “retired” flavors.
Overall, this is a spot you have to visit when in Stowe—fun, delicious, and unforgettable!

Took the tour at the Ben & Jerry’s factory yesterday and honestly, it was way better than I expected. The whole place smells like frozen happiness, and the staff actually seem excited to be there — which probably comes from being surrounded by ice cream all day.
The tour was the perfect mix of fun facts, behind-the-scenes stuff, and straight-up nostalgia. Seeing how the flavors get made was cool, but the sample at the end? Absolute dangerous levels of delicious. I’d go back just for that scoop alone.
Everything felt clean, organized, and genuinely welcoming. It’s one of those rare touristy stops that doesn’t feel like a tourist trap. If you’re anywhere near it, you owe it to yourself to go. I walked out with a smile and probably a higher cholesterol level, and I regret nothing.

The Ben and Jerry's factory tour was about 30 minutes: a video, an overview of the production line and the flavor lab (sampling of one newer flavor). The ice cream flavors graveyard has no lighting at all. It was a little tricky to find it in the dark (it's very dark by 5:00 pm in November), a little bit lighting will be helpful and safer for the visitors. It would be nice to see a showcase of all the available flavors in the market. Overall, it's a fun family activity.

We actually had a very good experience here. We didn’t have to pre-register for the (overpriced for what it was) tour and our tour only had 6 people on it so it was very personal. It didn’t hurt that our tour guide was clever and engaging. The next tour was much more full and their guide not so great.
The tour has been well-described in other reviews so I won’t go into it.
Gift shop = way overpriced. Way, way overpriced. You can buy ice cream there but it, too, is overpriced. Rather get it from a grocery store.
I enjoyed the clever signs in the flavor graveyard.
