    This place is just absolutely wonderful! The rooms give you the feeling of being on a nostalgic road trip from the late 50s but in a GOOD way! All the updated amenities with all the cuteness and fun vibes. The staff is phenomenal (especially Ben, he is just absolutely incredible!)

    Avoid this hotel at all costs. We had carefully planned this family trip, but my sister suddenly suffered an unexpected medical emergency that made it impossible for us to travel. We reached out to cancel our reservation about 71 hours before check-in and were met with complete indifference. Instead of showing any basic understanding, the staff rigidly hid behind their 72-hour cancellation policy and kept our full payment. What makes this even more frustrating is that the other hotel we booked through the same third-party booking platform honoured a full refund due to the circumstances even an hour after the check-in time. This clearly shows that flexibility and reasonable customer care were possible, but simply not offered here. The interaction left us feeling like this hotel prioritizes squeezing every dollar out of customers over building trust or goodwill. Communication felt cold, dismissive, and entirely transactional, with no genuine attempt to help resolve a difficult situation. If this is how they treat your money before you even set foot on the property, I can only imagine the types of hidden fees, rigid charges, or unnecessary expenses they might try to impose once you are actually there. Based on this experience alone, I would strongly discourage anyone from booking here. A place that shows this little consideration before your stay is unlikely to treat you any better during it.

    My wife and I were unable to travel and cancelled our reservation 71 hours in advance. Outbound refused to provide a refund due to a 72 hour policy which is completely inflexible. Very poor customer service. To top it off, any attempt at discussion was seemingly met with AI generated responses. Outbound has kept the money, but lost repeat customers - not a a very forward-thinking business model. I cannot speak to rooms or amenities but if you do plan on staying here, be weary of this level of service.

    Hotel financially capitalized on my companion's medical emergency. My companion had a medical emergency. We attempt to cancel our reservation 71 hours in advance. Their customer service of Ben and Lindsay hid behind their 72 hour cancellation policy and refused to assist with accepting a cancellation. I remain puzzled and disappointed by their decision, as honouring our attempt of cancellation 3 days before our check in would have caused the hotel no hardship whatsoever. The other hotel we booked for the previous days honoured a full refund despite having an identical policy and us using giving that hotel even less notice than what was given to the Outbound. I would not recommend booking this hotel. They hide behind their policy and use their policy to financially capitalize on their guests' misfortune. I would not support a hotel who operates in such a way. Given how the other hotel treated our situation it's obvious that Outbound prioritizes greed above all else.

    WARNING, DO NOT STAY HERE. Shoutout Ben and Lindsey. The two worst customer service representatives I have ever come across. We were 1 hour past the 72 hour cancellation policy. The other hotel we booked alongside this one for this planned trip refunded us no problem. Outbound however had no exceptions what so ever for refunds. My sister explained she had an unforeseen medical emergency which prevented us from travelling from Toronto to Vermont. This hotel seems more interested in the money than their reputation or guests. I will never be staying here and if you want a worry free trip neither should you.
