- ACAmanda ConleyDec 31, 20253.0We've been before, but mostly we go for the views on the way up. The heater worked poorly both times. This time if I set it to low fan it ran. The shower was warm but not hot, which is a little sad when you come in from 4 degrees outside. They have a picture of bacon on one of the breakfast tables, almost as if to mock us if we expected much from the breakfast. The breakfast had so few choices people were in the oatmeal. The coffee hurts feelings... so bitter and burnt. Everyone looked sad at breakfast on the morning of new year's eve, which is a weird experience. Maybe not going ever again, honestly. Especially with the $50 incidental and lack of pool towels. The lady complained to me about dirty towels in the fitness center as if I was supposed to do something about it. The people above us were so loud I barely slept. Not the best stay, but clean and safe, give it a three out of five.

I would stay here again. My only complaint is there was definitely not enough hot water the 2 days we stated.

I stayed for four nights, but housekeeping never came even once during my stay. The walls were very thin, and I could hear conversations from the room across the hallway. I was woken up at 4 a.m. by loud voices from other guest and couldn’t sleep well afterward. While the room itself was clean, facilities and cleaning staff can be improved

The kids were scared to sleep at night, they covered themselves with the hotel quilts head to toe. The beetles were coming out the ac/heater. They were flying from one end to the other. And the ac/heater looked rusty. I asked for a room change but the hotel was fully booked.
