- RKR KhanOct 11, 20254.0Great friendly staff. This hotel was recently renovated and changed to an IHG brand. I stayed here many years ago when it was another brand. It is much better now!!! I would stay here again. My only complaint is there was definitely not enough hot water the 2 days we stated.

I stayed for four nights, but housekeeping never came even once during my stay. The walls were very thin, and I could hear conversations from the room across the hallway. I was woken up at 4 a.m. by loud voices from other guest and couldn’t sleep well afterward. While the room itself was clean, facilities and cleaning staff can be improved

The kids were scared to sleep at night, they covered themselves with the hotel quilts head to toe. The beetles were coming out the ac/heater. They were flying from one end to the other. And the ac/heater looked rusty. I asked for a room change but the hotel was fully booked.

I specifically asked the receptionist if someone could clean my room. They gave an annoyed response and said it would be done today. I came back at 8:30 PM and the room still wasn’t clean. I have to be back in St Albans for at least a month next year, wont be coming back to this hotel.
