Wow what an amazing stay. My partner and I went up for a weekend to ski at okemo and we were not disappointed with this hotel. 30 min from okemo, great breakfast, kind staff. The pool looked clean and well maintained, very big. Fitness center with some dumbbells and treadmill. Rooms clean and spacious. Especially appreciated the heating light in the bathroom. Bed and sheets comfy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again

When my son and I arrived we realized we made the wrong reservation to Springfield VA ! We were so disappointed but Faye called the VA hotel tried her best to cancel but the other hotel were not helpful at all so Faye hooked us up with a great room at a discount rate…she kept calling the VA hotel trying to make it right but those people were not helpful at all Highly recommend to stay over at the Springfield VT best western! Not the VA location…thanks Faye !

We booked the wrong location by mistake, Springfield, VA but we wanted to go to VT. When we arrived, Faye made everything possible to hook us up even though we had already been booked for the VA hotel. She called the other hotel and tried to convince them to refund us, but that other hotel didn’t want to cooperate, but Faye hooked us up with a great room and rat over at Springfield VT. Thank you !
