- PKPeter KingMar 26, 20264.0IDK who does the room check ins but the people that stay their because of working in the area should probably be put upstairs for the reason you CAN LITERALLY HEAR A PIN DROP and everything going on upstairs from you all hours of the night,,Stomping around,dropping things,people partying sometimes,The TV,The water running and literally hear them talking in a normal tone ,that's how thin the floors are..Why do they put people above the workers that NEED to get up real early so you know they're trying to go to sleep at a reasonable time,especially when theirs PLENTY of other rooms available.At least upstairs you won't hear half of what you do downstairs..Theirs been many complaints but they still do it,I don't think they have dealt with it so they don't know how annoying & frustrating it is..

Close to the mountain, exceptional customer service (big thank you Faye at the front desk!), clean room, huge deep pool, and a game room to boot. There was even a gentleman playing a piano in the lobby for a while. Such an exceptional value for the $. Thank you- we will return!

My partner and I went up for a weekend to ski at okemo and we were not disappointed with this hotel. 30 min from okemo, great breakfast, kind staff. The pool looked clean and well maintained, very big. Fitness center with some dumbbells and treadmill. Rooms clean and spacious. Especially appreciated the heating light in the bathroom. Bed and sheets comfy. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back again
