Was told they would send an "engineer" to inspect. Returned 4 hours later and still squealing, asked to move to a new room and they moved me without any issue. The next room black out curtains only, no sheers on the ground floor and poor room lighting (let them know, and wasn't fixed), luckily we weren't in the room much. Bathrooms do not have fans. The staff was quite friendly and the atrium and pool were a big hit. Atrium is a great place to sit with friends. The room was a standard double bed room, the rate we got was great. Interesting hotel layout, a bit of a maze and elevators do not access all parts of the building. So it was interesting carrying all my kids hockey gear to the room. Best to ask for the 1st floor.
