As being a Hilton rewards member, I would give this place a less than one star. As when I made my reservation, I asked if there was a hot tub and I was told yes during my stay my husband and I attempted to find the hot tub and went to the front desk to ask and was told there was no hot tub, and then I asked for a discount in my room because we were looking for a place with a Hot tub and I was told no and then I Asked for a manager and he said there was no manager on duty, but he was the best next thing. I called the local number that was on their website when I placed my reservation and I told the gentleman this and He ensure me that none of his staff would’ve said there was a hot tub. I gave the gentleman the local number I called and told him I expect a discount at checkout and still didn’t get one. This was one of the flaws out of many during our stay. There was no microwave in the room, the shower temperature was either very hot or very cold with no pressure at all.

Very nice hotel. Easy check in and check out via the app. The app can also be your room key. They are going through some renovations right now jan 2026 to April 2026 but didn't effect my stay

Currently undergoing construction. Parking, and entry are a little inconvenient. Have to drive past main building to check in. A little hokey.

Clean, comfortable rooms with complementary water and coffee. The hotel breakfast is phenomenal! Very friendly staff and shuttles offered to/from airport and UVM. Felt very safe as a solo woman.

My nonverbal autistic daughter had surgery December 4th at UVM at 7:00 in the morning so the Doubletree sounded like a great hotel so we got there on the 3rd we had the manager from the front desk come to the room due to the room not being cleaned and found dirty socks with about 3 inches of dust on them cut off and baggies with white residue throughout the room the refrigerator was completely disgusting behind it there was all dirty cups. I filled a trash bag half full of stuff that was left in that room the gentleman that came to the room promised he would give us 8,000 points due to the room not being cleaned which he never did and not to mention the place got broken water pipes in dirty Brown water was filling our shower so we could not take a shower at all. when we were there and we had to listen to vacuum cleaner sucking up water till almost midnight and the staff didn't care at all and I came there because my child had a procedure done and had to stay close to the hospital they never kept their promise on saying they would give us more points or money off. Complete joke in a waste of money thank God my daughter didn't get an infection due to that place in the disgustingness of it.
