I am Best Western loyalty member and booked the night of December 17, 2025 with my points. When I checked out on December 18, I asked for a receipt and the clerk said there were no charges since it was a reward night so he could not print me a receipt. Now I see that the hotel charged my credit card $40 on the date of CHECK IN!! Seems sketchy. I'll be calling to see if they will reverse the charge. Beware of random charges at this hotel.

They grouped all our teams in the same hallways and even gave us a dedicated conference room for the entire weekend at no cost just for knee hockey (hockey parents know how rare that is!). Their hospitality was incredible — when all the parents were “winding down” in the lobby (three teams’ worth!), they kindly moved us to a private conference room so we could hang out without disturbing others. The hotel was clean, the staff was quick to bring extra towels or sheets, and the nightly warm chocolate chip cookies at 8:00 were a huge hit with both kids and parents! Starbucks and Moe’s are an easy walk across the parking lot from the hotel, and it’s only a 10-minute drive to the rink. The rooms were simple but very clean — no rugs, which we loved. Huge kudos to the whole team at Windjammer!
