She then checked a family of 4 little kids in at 1230 am right above us who jumped around until after 2 am. I called twice and she said I had to deal with it. Dominic on the morning shift Friday was even more rude and condescending. We finally got the AGM to call us and moved us to the 3rd floor for the remainder of our 4 night stay. The breakfast area was the cleanest I have seen and I loved BOTH breakfast ladies. The cleaning ladies come everyday and that was a nice treat. Overall we really liked this location, but the desk woman from Thursday amd Dominic both need additional training when dealing with customer complaints.
