The other was a pervasive smell resembling insecticide throughout the hotel. At about 945pm the front desk said they would contact the bus driver to stop the noise. At five minutes past midnight the front desk says they’re unaware of the problem. There were no trash cans in the room or bathroom.

When we arrived, the manager checked us into a room with two queen beds and no refrigerator—without informing us of the change. When we went back to the front desk, we were told the hotel had overbooked to accommodate a hockey team and that our room had been downgraded. We received no phone call, no prior notice, and no apology. Even worse, despite the downgrade, we were not refunded the price difference. To make matters worse, the hockey team ran through the hallways screaming and causing disturbances, with no visible supervision. Despite complaints, hotel management did nothing to address the noise. I would not recommend this hotel due to poor management and lack of consideration for guests.
