  Stayed at this hotel on 11/14 for one night. The receptionist was very friendly and checked us in quickly. The room was clean and good water pressure, and good Wifi. The breakfast was good and the breakfast attendant was friendly and attentive, I would return to this hotel! It is also pet friendly if you have a pet.

  Very impressed.. Rooms immaculate. Pet friendly.. Beds extremely comfortable but they are high.im short so could have used a step stool. No need to bring in shower items. All supplied and Dove products... no coffee maker in room but available in the first floor area free. Free breakfast as well. Staff very friendly.. Lovely views of the Blue Ridge mountains.. 💙

  I cant say enough about this hotel. Room was spotless. Bed comfy, Pillows was excellent and staff was amazing. The location is very safe and quiet right off the highway. The room looked to be recently updated. Took our 2 dogs and they had a doggy area with bags for potty time. From now on, this is our go to place when traveling from north to south!

  It's a "remodeled" (re-painted) hotel with tiny rooms and a boosted price point. The room, although tiny, was fine with holiday-inn express beds and a clean-ish room. There was no coffee pot in the room. The breakfast was horrible. There was an assortment of bread products, some sort of thin white patties (possibly sausage substitute), ground up thin bacon, very wet oatmeal re-soaked from yesterday, tiny sad apples, half rotten bananas and yogurt. There was no eggs although they had ground cheese and salsa like maybe they had planned to have eggs but then just didn't. The insulated coffee dispensers have been replaced by a coffee machine but it was down for service... All-in-all it was about twice the price as its quality.

  Would have been higher but woke up with my back hurting which usually does not happen. Went to take a hot shower but it was luke warm at best…the wall behind our bed housed the ice machine which was loud every time it was used. Room was clean and the person at night working the front desk was very kind and inviting. If there had been a breakfast that included eggs with the crumbled bacon and sausage patties (was told sorry the egg truck didn’t show)…had toast and a yogurt. Why didn’t you make something else like pancakes with the sausage. Crumbled bacon was useless. No bagels not anywhere. Not what I would expect from an IHG hotel at all. We use them all the time. Just disappointed overall.
