- TMTrisha Ma2 days ago1.0We arrived at 9:30pm exhausted. I need to do laundry for my daughter for the second day, and the lady in the front desk was extremely unhelpful. When I have a problem of identifying the washer and dryer, she told me to figure out myself because she can’t leave the front desk. When I ask her to change $10 coins, she started counting bills. When I put my clothes in the wrong machine because it’s not labeled, I sucked up and turned to the other washing machine. I started putting my coins in the machine, but the amount of money did not go down, which happens pretty often in hotel, laundry machines. I came up to the front to ask for help. She told me that she doesn’t have the key so she can’t open the machine to get the coins for me, she also can’t give me my coins. I was very upset that she can’t even solve simple tasks, no answers, no solution. I asked her to call the manager, and she said that the manager might’ve sleeping! I have never been through anything like this before, the worst service ever.

When I talked to service desk, I was rudely told to wait because she was busy. I didn’t deserve that. I got to service desk at 12pm. I waited 15 minutes which I’m sure ensured I didn’t make check out time… Also I booked business king, sofa and the chair and sofa had nasty stains.
