    My wife and I booked a room at this hotel Saturday, January 24th for my son's birthday. We're local, but he loves staying in hotels and swimming in their pools. Prior to checking in, we called a couple times to make sure the pool was available and to request connecting rooms and everyone was great. When we checked in, we were greeted by Tina who was about as friendly as anyone could be. We met another Tina who told us to come down to the restaurant before we swim and she suprised my son with a chocolate muffin with a candle for his birthday and sang him happy birthday with other staff. Just wanted take this time to appreciate how amazing these ladies were and give them the credit they deserve. Rooms were great and pool was clean as well!

    WET FLOORS FROM POOL. NO SAFETY RUGS ON FLOOR IN POOL AREA OR LOBBY AREA. NIGHT SHIFT CHECK IN CLERK FEMALE WAS NOT PLEASANT TO DEAL WITH AT ALL. RESTAURANT HAD A GOOD MENU AND SERVICE. CLERKS ON DAY SHIFT WERE VERY NICE AND POLITE. 3 ROOMS WE RESERVED 2 OF THEM WERE IN GOOD SHAPE AND CLEAN 1 WAS DIRTY AND HAD TO CHANGE ROOMS. THIS WAS THE 3RD TIME STAYING IN THIS AREA AS WE TRAVEL A LOT TO MEET UP WITH FAMILY LIVING FURTHER NORTH 7 TO 10 HOURS. WE ALL TRAVEL AT MIN 8 HOURS TO HAVE FAMILY TIME TOGETHER 3 TO 4 TIMES A YEAR. MAIN ISSUE WAS FLOORING SAFETY FROM WATER STANDING WITHOUT SINAGE BEING PLACED IN PROPER AREAS.

    Excellent customer service. Close to shops and Golden Corral. Warm and welcoming staff. Welcoming area. With shopping attractions. Such as Big Lots, JoAnne Fabrics and more. Luray Caverns and more. Scenery is beautiful. Mountains and valley terrains. Horse farms/ stables.

    Great location; easy to find. The parking lot is somewhat dark especially when walking a dog at night. A few more building lights would help
