  We went to Sandals Grande Antigua and really loved every minute of it. MJ really made some awesome recommendations and went the extra mile to make our trip one to remember forever! Would recommend Alpha Voyages again!

  We have been clients of Alpha Voyages for many years and have always been impressed with the level of quality and professionalism. "MJ" is our travel consultant and she has worked tirelessly to ensure that our experience with Sandals was extraordinary. She goes above and beyond to meet our needs. For example, my husband and I are somewhat limited with our mobility and she makes sure that we have a ground floor suite closest to the beach. MJ's attention to detail is unparalleled! We know that from beginning to end, our trip will be perfection because of her willingness to work on our behalf. When we "Retied the Knot" a few years ago, MJ worked her magic to make it a surprise event. We are forever grateful to have her as our travel consultant. Thank you, MJ and Alpha Voyages!!

  We had to cancel our planned trip to Paris and London due to COVID19 but, thanks to Alpha Voyages, we received a full refund. When we are ready to book again, you can bet we will contact MJ at Alpha Voyages because she is professional and takes care of every detail. Thank you!

  If I could choose zero stars, I would! We booked a trip for 5 of us and found out upon arrival in a different country, that Alpha Voyages had split our group up and had us going to two different resorts! (Note that we had paper documents and emails that showed that we were all booked in the correct resort that we spent hours choosing.) We wasted the entire first afternoon of our vacation waiting for them to find a place to put us! Once they finally found a place for us to go and sent us on our way, there was zero follow up on their part. Not once has our travel agent nor the owner of the company reached out to us for any kind of apology or anything, despite numerous attempts to contact them! We used a travel agent to take away the headache and stress of booking a vacation in another country - instead, they caused more stress and wasted time! Horrible customer service!!
