  There are sooo many kind customer service staff to help, and the rooms are top-notch modern and so clean. We had a very peaceful, calm, relaxing, and fun vacation. As an added attraction, there is a gentleman speaking very valuable Historical facts about early making of America. He deserves an A+ for his most interesting Historical Wmsburg presentation. In closing, my family had a super pleasant stay at this Westgate Resort. 💯% great time close to shopping,🛍 dining, and simply enjoying all of the great resort amenities. 💯

  The employees at the resort were great! Melissa, Gio, Tony and Ted made the stay exceptional. Would definitely stay here again.

  We had such a great stay at Westgate in Williamsburg last weekend! The check-in experience was extremely positive - Tony B. checked me in and gave me an overview and map of the facilities, pointing out highlights and showing us how to get to our room. The location was fantastic, close to plenty of restaurants and a Walgreens, but our room was also nice and quiet because of the layout of the rooms. We enjoyed the mini golf and heated pool, and would definitely stay here again next time we're in Williamsburg.

  Tony B. At the front desk was amazing. And Ted from maintenance was so wonderful. He talked to us every time he saw us. He helped my son find what he was looking for outside and offered to help us with the fire pit. Would absolutely recommend

  We really enjoyed our stay here. Lovely scenery, friendly staff, and fun activities for the kids. My favorite part was taking a Mandala Art class with Melissa. She was so accommodating and made the whole experience very unique. This is a great opportunity for anyone to unwind and enjoy a therapeutic crafting project. I will be back!
