  This is a new and modern hotel located very conveniently in the middle of all the Williamsburg attractions. The hotel is very nice and clean, with plenty of modern in room amenities. There is a pool outside as well, which is open seasonally. The staff were friendly without being overwhelming. The breakfast is very continental, offering basic cereal, muffins, bagels, hard-boiled eggs, juices, and coffee/tea. There are no hot breakfast items. However, the location is close to a number of good breakfast restaurants. All in all, this is a great value for the stay, and I would recommend staying here.

  Ended up here exhausted and frustrated instead of our reserved hotel at Green Springs Hilton due to a booking error (not ours) after driving for 9 hours had to leave our reserved hotel with horrible staff and no help (The Green Springs Hilton literally threw us in the parking lot and said figure it out). Arrived here hopeless, but the young man at the front desk (I forgot his name but he was the gentleman working the night of October 7th 2025 - found his name Demarus) he was very understanding, found us an accomodating room at a reasonable rate (considering I already paid for 4 nights at their other hotel) and helped us get unloaded and settled in for the night. He proceeded to check in on us the next morning and even helped us get everything sorted out with the other hotel. This is what customer service is all about and should have been done at the original hotel especially considering that they (Spark) doesn't even had a concierge service in their lobby! This young man acted as the front desk clerk, manager, and concierge! After everything was sorted out with the other hotel I was almost afraid to leave this one because I knew we would definitely be taking care of here. (They also have continental breakfast available in the morning)

  Standard room, spacious.. bed was comfortable. They service the room daily providing fresh towels. This was a luxury that I had seen gone after covid, but I'm happy to see this hotel has moved back to daily fresh ups on an extended stay. The location is central to everything I wanted to do here. Short drive to the college and Williamsburg. Can't really walk to anything "exciting" but I think that is fair. Price was competitive to what was around. This was actually the cheapest priced. The rooms are quite. Interesting the room had no drawers. I know I won't forget anything in a drawer at least! Refrigerator, nice TV... Was a very comfortable stay. Showers are warm... I've been in places where they weren't! This one was perfect. Breakfast offering... Little skimpy.. Bagels, yogurt.. It was medium for me. At least they offer something. This is not their focus.

  Would HIGHLY recommend booking your stay here!! The rooms are clean and comfy and the staff is wonderful! We booked for our child’s tournament and the first morning we stayed we woke up to a flat tire. The hotel manager came out and called a team to help us! Hamas, the hotel maintenance man, helped us get the old tire off and put on the donut. The manager even recommended some tire places to me so I was able to get a good deal on a new one. We are overwhelmed with how helpful they were in what would have been a very stressful time. Will always book here when coming to Williamsburg!

  Most of the hotels in Williamsburg seem to be in need of an update, so it's nice that there is a new hotel. I recently stayed at the Spark by Hilton. It would have been great if not for the 100% polyester sheets, the cheap pillows and cheap mattress. If I have to stay here again, I guess I can bring my own sheets and pillows. It's disappointing that companies are constantly choosing to lower the bar in order to make as much money as possible. It used to be the case that if you were staying at a Hilton brand hotel, you could expect a certain amount of comfort, even if it was from the lower price range of their options, but that no longer holds true. I can only give 1 star because I can't sleep on polyester sheets. The person at reception was helpful and friendly. Hotel is conveniently located. The polyester bedding has ruined the Hilton brand for me, and I will switch to Marriott in the future.
