I heard people in the hallway but I didn't hear people in the rooms next to me. The staff was very friendly. The free breakfast wasn't the best, but good enough for the value. There was scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits & gravy, bagels, oatmeal, and cereal. I will definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. It is very close to Busch Gardens.

- ASAlan StukesDec 21, 20251.0I booked this through the vacation club, my girlfriend wanted us to go here for my birthday, I paid for everything in advance as far as the room goes and she spent a lot of money buying tickets to different things around town, after I check in we get to the room ( that was supposed to be a king) instead we got a double queen, any ways I check my bank account and was charged an additional $200 . I went up to the front desk and asked why and in the young lady said in an extremely rude and condescending manner it was for incidentals. I said that was a little extreme and she said “ not her problem it what it it”,, upon check out I addressed with the manager who proceeded to embarrass me in front of. A lobby full and I mean full of folks eating breakfast. This is extremely uncalled for and me and my family will never be using this establishment for any reason whatsoever again!
