    Stayed here for 4 nights and had to ask about the maids cleaning bc I got back for my second night and nothing had been cleaned and no new towels and etc plus one of the bed sheets had a brown mark on them so I ended up sleeping on top of the sheets, so I said something the next morning too the front desk and when I came back late that night I did notice that they cleaned up and gave me new clean towels and etc, but when I pulled back the sheets I noticed that brown mark was still there, I made a complaint the next morning. The whole time I was there they never once changed the bed sheets, I will not be staying here again and would advise other to do the same

    Had an absolutely great 4 night stay at Williamsburg HI. D’avante was so welcoming and polite. Check-in was a breeze. This was the second HI we stayed in and we have one more to go. All facilities were spotlessly clean and the suite was amazing! Although it took 2 days and our fellow travelling companion to show us how to turn lights off and work the aircon. 😁🙄 We only use aircon for cooling, thanks again HI.     Room was very clean. Had a little issue with mini fridge, but it was taken care of immediately. The complimentary breakfast was subpar.
